Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days upon receiving your items.
Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be kept in the original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags intact and in original packaging. You are also required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label along with detailed shipping instructions. We do not accept unsolicited returns sent back without prior approval.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items are defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers and plants), custom-made products (special orders and personalized items), and personal care goods (cosmetics and beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Promotional merchandise and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above terms, customers whose orders are delivered to the European Union have the right to cancel the order or return items without any reason within 14 days. The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned goods to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
