How your benefits work
When does a new tier apply?
The thresholds are in USD and use historical paid purchases. An order that takes your cumulative spending over a threshold unlocks the new tier for subsequent orders; it does not receive that newly unlocked discount retroactively.
How do I use my discount?
Before placing your next order, contact hh1146281@gmail.com with your account email and order references. We will verify your paid purchase history and confirm the applicable discount for your next purchase.
Which records determine my eligibility?
Eligibility is checked against your account's paid order history. Unpaid and cancelled orders do not qualify; refunds are taken into account. Your order history remains private and is available through your signed-in account.
How are special orders handled?
For exceptionally large or special orders, the 15–30% range is individually quoted. The scope, quantity and final discount are confirmed by LHYSN before payment.
