5. Delivery & Logistics

1. We provide full truckload, less than truckload and express delivery services. Customers can choose transportation modes according to cargo volume and timeliness needs.

2. Delivery time is for reference only. Delay caused by weather, road conditions, customs inspection and other force majeure factors is not within our responsibility scope.

3. International orders: All customs duties, import taxes and handling fees shall be borne by the buyer. We do not undertake customs clearance related expenses and risks.

6. Return & Refund Policy

1. Support return and exchange within 14 days after goods arrival. Products must be kept unused, original packaging intact and no man-made damage.

2. Return shipping cost: If returned due to product quality error, we bear the freight; if returned for personal reasons such as dislike, wrong size, buyers bear round-trip freight.

3. Clearance goods, customized goods, disposable goods and damaged goods caused by personal use are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. After receiving and inspecting returned goods, we will complete the refund within 3-7 working days according to the original payment path.
